My Story

A guide for the ones ready to go all the way in

I was born into movement.

My parents made brave choices about how they wanted to live — and those choices meant building our family far from where they were born. From the very beginning, my life was shaped by crossing borders: geographic, cultural, emotional.

When I was three, my mother was diagnosed with cancer.

My childhood held sweetness, curiosity, and a deep connection to spirit - but also fear, uncertainty, and the quiet terror of a small girl who didn't know how much longer her mother would be around.

Even then, I would sit beside her, hold her hand, and somehow offer comfort that helped her find strength.

My mother is a living testament to the power of faith and healing.

She survived two episodes of cancer — one of them terminal — and is still here, still thriving.

At eight, we immigrated to Israel.

What should have been a fresh start felt like an shock.

I lost my language, my landscape, my sense of belonging.

I learned quickly how to fit in — but inside, I always felt slightly foreign.

I built sophisticated walls. I learned to be loved and admired on the outside, while quietly suffering on the inside.

My body started speaking what my soul couldn't say: chronic back pain, allergies, weight, emotional turbulence — and above all, a deep disconnection from myself.

I did what seemed like the right thing: university, a career in hi-tech, a good salary, stability.

But I was living in a golden cage. Everything looked fine.

My soul was empty. My heart felt frozen.

Then came the trip that changed everything.

Somewhere in the glaciers of southern Argentina, something in me began to open.

A few weeks later, in a small town in Brazil — the day before my 26th birthday — I lost control of an ATV at 100km/h.

I had a close encounter with death. And lying there, I made a decision: if this were my last day, I would have wasted my life living someone else's expectations. That was not something I could live with.

I came back different. I started asking real questions — and found real answers.

I discovered energy healing, somatic work, and intuitive coaching.

And then one morning, almost by accident, I caught an interview on television with a man named Dr. Jeff Levin.

He was talking about how the body holds memory — how past experiences live in our tissues and shape our reality.

He was talking to me, in that interview he was answering my questions! This is what I've been looking for.

I began studying Life Alignment that same week.

For the first time in my life, I felt like I was home.

Years later, my father had a complete mental breakdown.

I became his guardian. I managed an almost impossible operation to protect the savings of his entire lifetime, and more than that — to protect his dignity and his will to live.

That chapter revealed things in me I didn't know were there: a warrior who acts from the heart, not the ego.

Steadiness in the impossible.

Love beyond conditions.

I healed my relationship with him — and in doing so, healed something deep in myself.

When covid came, old pain surfaced. I left Israel — not running away, but following an internal call.

Life led me, without any plan, to Mexico City.

I built a life there: community, rhythm, belonging.

My two cats joined me.

My heart reopened. And for the first time, things began to flow — not from effort, but from trust.

Today I live in movement — in the world, and within.

I no longer fight life.

I collaborate with it, one step at a time, and let the next step reveal itself only when I've taken the one before.

This is the story I bring to every session. Not as a script — but as a lived understanding of what it means to be lost, to rebuild, to heal from the root, and to come home to yourself.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU

The people who find their way to me have often done significant inner work already. They come when they feel something deeper is ready to transform — something that talk therapy, mindset work, or self-help hasn't been able to reach.

I don't bring solutions from the outside. I create a space for remembering what is already within you. The wisdom is yours. I help you access it.

THE PHILOSOPHY

Your body holds truth. · Energy creates form. Healing is remembering. · Alignment is a way of living.
